Energy Agency of Granada (APEGR) – ESMARTCITY
Partner is already working in Public Lighting telemanagment with 39 municipalities in the region, and the preparation of specific investment projects related to smart cities in different municipalities.

Energy and Environment of Arrábida (ENA) – ESMARTCITY
ENA represents 3 municipalities of Southern Lisbon, having created an energy observatory developing, implementing and assessing Municipality SEAPS. ENA monitors and evaluates overall power consumption of different Municipal services, designing local projects relevant to natural resources management, optimization of endogenous resources for energy production, energy efficiency in buildings, energy auditing and certification, Municipality SEAP elaboration and monitoring, public lighting GIS mapping and efficiency intervention.

Metropolitan City of Milan (MCM) – ESMARTCITY
The Partner has been developing an innovative telecommunication infrastructure: about 2500km of optic fiber (ITU-T G.652D standard) the pilot aim is to use this infrastructure to monitor, control and test energy and environment parameters of some public buildings of MMC, such as its headquarter, some schools of its territory. Testing Smart City concept will allow novel applications and services on top of this infrastructure and enhance innovation ecosystem in the Metropolitan Area.

Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI) – ESMARTCITY
Politecnico di Milano is the largest scientific-technological university in Italy and will participate in the project with the Dept. di Elettronica, Informazione e Bioingegneria, including main branches of ICT research and its application. The team has solid skills in monitoring and control of behavior of machines, systems and buildings to evaluate their performance, optimization, prediction and control of energy systems, renewable and storage integration, as well as ICT technologies for energy efficiency / building automation.

Region of Western Greece (RWG)is local representation of Central Government in Western Greece. It deals with all matters affecting local/regional development.As public authority it has great experience due to its multidiscipniray structure and task to accomplish being the intermediate body in quadruble helix of regional innovation system. RWG has adopted a bottom up approach to support and promote a sustainable socio economic development with emphasis to SMEs and innovation.

ISI / ATHENA is a leading Research Institute in ICT and Knowledge Technologies and their applications in different domains including Smart City, and Energy Management Efficiency. It has a solid scientific background that will be utilized for testing of Smart City applications in MED participating territories and 2 pilot deployments.

National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation (Inria) – ESMARTCITY
INRIA is a leading French research organization with strong expertise in ICT. Participation in the project will exploit competences in capillary wireless networking in urban environment, wireless sensor network design and deployment. These two areas are technological prerequisites for the implementation of the Smart City concepts.
