  Partner is already working in Public Lighting telemanagment with 39 municipalities in the region, and the preparation of specific investment projects related to smart cities in different municipalities.

  
  Moreover, the municipality of Motril, selected as pilot site, has some advanced work on metering the consumption of water and electricity of its neighbours, and it’s trying to implement a promotion policy of sustainable energy among its neighbours related to energy and water consumption. In this context previous work may be capitalized for this project. It will provide one of the sites of smart lighting pilot.
