    Inside the University, the Department of Management continuously strives to create value for its stakeholders by educating people, developing talent and share research results and knowledge with public bodies and private companies, including SMEs.

    The Department of Management interests stand out for setting research reaching significant accomplishments with regard to economic operators’ participation, support of public authorities in policies definition, build regional capacities, change attitude towards innovation and knowledge generation, strengthen linkages among relevant stakeholders in regional innovation systems, developing talent and share research results and knowledge with organizations.

    Tools and results created by researchers are transferred throughout a wide range of masters and professional courses, co-designed with private sector to increase the management & innovation skills and competencies of their junior and senior staff.
