Established in 2000, PTP covers thearea of three statistical regions: Goriška, Obalno-Kraška and Primorsko-Notranjska region promotes entrepreneurship among young people, carried out modern training programs in accordance with the Lean methodology (methodology of lean and agile enterprise) and it connects entrepreneurs, talents, corporations, educational institutions, researchers, mentors and investors to build a start-up community in the region and in the country.
