  DDSME is highly experienced in initialization and implementation of different projects and activities through all phases of development, testing and realization. The Directorate is a knowledge-based organization and a catalyst for the socio-economic development of Montenegro region.

  DDSME focuses its capacities on non-financial support (increasing competitiveness, stimulating exports, non-formal education, introduction of international standards, development of institutional support at the local level, development of clusters, improving innovation, research, etc.) while channelling finances to a greater extent through banks and the IDFM as well as other institutions.

  DDSME has plenty of experience in national and international projects.
