  Transfer, networking and training initiatives are an important part of NRD-UNISS work. NRD-UNISS coordinated and participated in various research and international cooperation projects.

  NRD-UNISS has wide competences in favouring the knowledge exchange and experiences at international level and in promoting training of stakeholders from EU and non-EU Countries. The center is accredited by national and international institutions,(UNCCD, Environment-Ministry) for all issues related to the climate change, environment protection, fight against desertification.
