Description

The Autonomous Region of Sardinia (RAS) is the regional authority of the Sardinia island. Since the Italian Constitution of 1948, due to its insularity, Sardinia has an Autonomous Statute. The regional authority has more the 4000 of public employee and is split up in 12 Regional Minister and many regional Agencies and public bodies.

The political and administrative competence of energy is, by statute provision, included in the Regional Minister of Industry where the Unit of Energy is resposanble of the energetic regional planning and is in charge of manage all the energy actions and activities financed by various financing sources.
