  CERTH-HIT has extensive experience on issues regarding sustainable and green mobility, mobility management, low carbon economy in transport and ITS. In addition, and through several research projects, CERTH-HIT is trying to make the city of Thessaloniki a living lab of smart and innovative solutions towards promoting sustainable transport, facilitating environmental friendly mobility solutions and piloting them in the city.

  For this reason, a smart mobility “ecosystem” for Thessaloniki has been developed (based on MoUs) for enhancing cooperation of key regional stakeholders on smart mobility (region, Municipalities, Transport Authorities, services providers, SMEs).

  Finally, CERTH has developed and runs a cluster on Energy.
