  The main FAFS UNSA task is to educate agricultural experts, thus improving the status and condition of agriculture in the entire country.

  High priorities of the Institute are bio safety of feed and food of animal origin for human nutrition and impacts of breeding and exploitation of farm animals.

  Its current activities the Institute creates and implements with understanding that classical approach in animal production, at the global level, significantly changes and more and more attention is devoted to the disciplines dealing with the environmental aspects, food safety, and animal welfare.

  The non-formal motto of the Institute is: “sustainable production of high quality animal products while preserving the future, nature and the environment”.
