• 
  RAIS competencies are related with several fields associated with the Smart City concept: environment, RES and EE, MEs, urban and rural development.

  It has developed network and cooperation with local and regional SMEs, University of East Sarajevo, National institutions, local authorities and NGO sector.

  It has experience in implementation of EU projects and development and implementation projects in East Sarajevo.

  It encourages and supports transfer of knowledge and research from University to the economy and works on promotion of innovations to encourage the connection among science, technology and economy at regional, national and international level. It will provide a pilot deployment site.
