• ARISTOIL family is the platform sharing the values of ARISTOIL project with the aim to reach the following results:

  • Training of 3,000 olive oil and olive oil producers
  • Increasing knowledge for consumers
  • Develop a standardized procedure for certifying the “Health Claim”
  • Development of the ‘cluster’ of olive oil in the Mediterranean

  The Platform offers the possibility to learn about news, olive oil producer and miller database and to be part of the community. The website also provides an interactive map of olive mills and olive varieties.
